Dibber – support for seeds to grow

Dibber was established in Sweden in 2017 and is part of the Norwegian free school group Dibber, which was started in 2003 by two dedicated educators who dreamed of building a preschool where children's self-esteem is at the centre. Today, they have grown to over 500 preschools and schools in 10 countries.

Here, they work with the common concept "The good meal" - where educators and chefs work closely together to serve delicious and nutritious food that takes into account environmental and climate impact, alongside a pleasant experience around the meal.

COLLABORATION

Perfecta's delivery

For several years now, we have been assisting in the planning as well as delivering equipment and machinery to Dibber's new and existing schools and preschools. This includes the large central kitchen in Kungsängen, which prepares about 3,700 portions every day and employs a special cook and chill technique to enhance the quality and sustainability of the food. Here, a thorough examination of all operations across the country is underway, where we inventory the kitchens, evaluate the needs, and prepare budget proposals for upcoming investments.

Yes, many models are designed for built-in installation with front ventilation. We also offer custom solutions with stainless-steel fronts or custom finishes.
