Urban meeting place in the Forskaren Life Science Center
In the exciting round property Forskaren in the growing Hagastaden, Urban Deli has moved in with both Deli and Store featuring its own bakery as well as Urban Diner. Just like at the other Urban Deli locations, you will find a selection of the best of everything, fantastic ingredients with a focus on sustainability that have been well taken care of in creative ways, professional staff, and welcoming decor for a pleasant hangout. The Equipment
Perfecta's Delivery
For this project, we have equipped all the kitchens, the bakery, and the deli with refrigeration furniture from Haglund Industri, including everything from deli counters, display coolers, refrigerated showcases, refrigerated tables, and proofing cabinets to wine coolers. In the open restaurant kitchen, we have a cooking line from Palux Topline in hygienic design, ovens from Rational, and a custom-built charcoal grill with glass doors facing the dining area. Heat lamps from Stayhot. In the prep kitchen, there is a classic frying table and induction stove from Fribergs, a combination frying table iVario, a cooking pot from Getinge, and a mixing machine from Agrenco.
In the bakery, the entire bakery equipment including a rolling machine, proofing cabinets, bakery oven etc. is from Sveba Dahlen. In the dishwashing areas, we can find a hooded dishwasher with steam recovery from Winterhalter, as well as heavy-duty and tunnel dishwashers from Wexiödisk. Many custom adjustments were made to the stainless steel surfaces with tailored rounded countertops in both the dining area and bars.
