about the project
Smørrebrød, Czech pilsner, and aquavit for the people
In 2014, Jimmy Nygren and Kalle Olofsson opened Två Små Svin at Årsta Torg, south of Stockholm’s city center. The concept of smørrebrød, fresh tank pilsner, and an enormous selection of aquavit and other spiced spirits became an instant success, making the few available seats highly sought after.
Over the years, the outdoor seating area has expanded, and the neighboring premises were acquired for Bränneriet, where only one dish is served: entrecôte with béarnaise sauce and fries. Later, a restaurant with Bed & Breakfast in Trosa was added, along with a wholesale business for importing spirits.
And now, Två Små Svin Uppsala - a restaurant serving all the classic food and drinks that Två Små Svin is known for, while also adding Wiener schnitzel to the menu - located in the old pawnshop building in Sweden’s fourth-largest city.
For us, Perfecta has been the only choice from the very beginning. They always find solutions to challenging problems - there are never any obstacles, and you always receive personal service. We simply think they are by far the best!

the equipment
Perfecta´s delivery
We have been working with Två Små Svin since its launch in 2014, supplying kitchen equipment for all of their different concepts.
For the Uppsala unit, the dining area was equipped with a wine and spirits refrigerator from Haglund Industri. The bar features refrigerated counters from Coolpart and Kema Storkök, as well as an ice machine from NTF.
In the kitchen, we installed stainless steel fittings, a wall-mounted Rational XS combi oven, a range and griddle from Fribergs, a fryer from FriFri, a griddle plate from Wery, as well as refrigerated counters and a cold room from Coolpart. In the rear section of the kitchen, a Storm blast chiller from Haglund Industri and a Convotherm oven with ventilation hood were installed.
The dishwashing area was fitted with a hood-type dishwasher with condensation hood from ClasseQ and a glasswasher from Winterhalter.
