about the project
Museum of Swedish drinking culture
By Djurgården sea promenade we find Spritmuseum - a museum with both permanent and temporary exhibitions about Swedish drinking culture, guided tours with drinks, an art gallery with works from the Absolute Art Collection, restaurant and bar both inside and outside on the pier or in the gazebo, as well as drink tastings with various interesting themes. The restaurant serves classic flavors with a Swedish touch for lunch, brunch and dinner, for example. Snaps board with pickled herring, fried flounder, potatoes and cheese to match with a suitable drink, ox cheek, raw beef, calix roe or seven kinds of cakes. In addition, you can book a "Caravan dinner - Happy Camper" - Spritmuseum's version of a chambre séparée, where the party is stowed away in a caravan in the middle of the exhibition for a truly Swedish experience with a three-course dinner including suitable drinks, swedish hits and snaps songs. Tailored banquet halls, weddings, tastings or conferences can also be arranged if requested.
Our collaboration with Perfecta was characterized by a "no problem, we'll fix it" attitude. Deliveries when promised and a presence in the project that facilitates a lot.

Perfecta's delivery
Here, the dining room and the shop on the ground level were refurbished, where we added two custom wine coolers from Haglund Industri and special cooling benches with the installation space underneath from Costilla in the round bar-reception. On the upper floor, where various tastings are held, we filled an entire wall with wine coolers from Gemm and equipped the kitchen area with an ice machine and dishwasher UC-M Energy Excellence I from Winterhalter with built-in reverse osmos for the best possible washing results for the tasting glasses. In the restaurant kitchen, we also updated the range with a stove, grill, fryer and water bath from Berto's as well as a blast chiller from Gemm. Some existing cooling benches were reused and some extra ones were placed in the bar at Bryggan's outdoor dining area by the water.
