About the project

Halmstad's new gastronomic landmark

At Tylösand beach in Halmstad, you will find Restaurang Fyr by Jacob Holmström and Emelie Leijon, who have returned to the West Coast and created their new dream restaurant together by the sea.

The focus is, not surprisingly, on fish and seafood as well as locally sourced meat and vegetables, with the ambition to have something for everyone passing by, whether you are dining á la carte in the dining room, grabbing a bit of everything in the snacks and bar area, or bringing your children who have their very own fantastic little menu. Chef’s choice is highly recommended for larger groups; we have been there and tried it, giving it the highest rating. If you are getting married, there are several perfect wedding packages to choose from, as you will have the entire venue to yourselves.

The Equipment

Perfecta's Delivery

The jewel of the kitchen is a range from Marrone that required 8 people to install. There is also a custom-made charcoal grill for cooking over an open flame indoors. The fish maturation fridge is mounted in the wall between the kitchen and dining room from Haglund Industri.  In addition to the open service kitchen, we have also supplied all the equipment for the prep kitchen and dishwashing, as well as custom stainless steel and refrigeration for the bar.
