More than just burgers
Phil’s is located in 8 places in Stockholm and Eskilstuna and, with their well-crafted burgers, American-inspired small dishes, salads, milkshakes, and drinks in a stylish environment, they have managed to capture our hearts. They also have a Foodtruck that can be booked for various events, as well as the new concept with Korean Monster Chicken on Birger Jarlsgatan.
Phil’s makes their beef burgers from freshly ground chuck and their chicken burgers from fillets, and they strive to use really good ingredients throughout their entire menu.

Perfecta's Delivery
Perfecta was involved in planning, designing, and delivering the restaurants for the last three projects: Sergel, Stadshagen, and Helsingborg, and the renovation of Magnus Ladulås and Kungsgatan.
We tested the smash burgers on several of the market's cooking plates to find the model that would deliver the best result. The choice fell on Flash grill which met the standard both in results and after-sales service, which is extremely important when working with a product that is used in most dishes in the kitchen and must always perform reliably. In the kitchen, there are also FriFri's fryers with filtration that purifies the oil and extends its durability. All the refrigeration furniture was customised for Phil's needs and built by Costilla.
