The Pearl of Saltsjöbaden
The historic Vår Gård in Saltsjöbaden is a hotel and conference facility located by the sea, featuring several buildings of cultural and historical significance and a unique combination of art, culture, and gastronomy with a focus on sustainable experiences. On the premises, you will find Restaurant Skärtofta, Vincafé, Tant Grön's bar, and the Bakery, which, in addition to baking for their own operations, also takes orders for cakes and pastries.
Along with all the edibles and drinkables, there are also various activities to try, such as sauna with cold baths, yoga, gym indoors and outdoors, mountain biking, and various art experiences to explore either on your own or through guided tours.
Perfecta have been very helpful in providing everything we needed and have truly listened to our requests and adapted accordingly. They have been easy to collaborate with and available during the three major projects we have carried out here at the hotel: Vincafé, Tant Grön cocktail bar, and total renovation of the kitchen.

The Equipment
Perfecta's Delivery
Renovations have taken place in several phases, and Perfecta delivered a double-sided wine cooler to the dining hall in 2021, along with refrigerated furniture and equipment for the bakery. In 2023, the entire kitchen was renovated with a new cooking line from Palux, refrigerated furniture from Haglund industri, and the new bar Tant Grön, which also received a beautiful wine cooler and bar furnishings.
Even the wood-fired Ofyrs found their way here, placed on the outdoor terrace to provide professional cooking outdoors with the stunning nature as a backdrop.
