Restaurant, cocktail bar and terrace with fantastic views in all directions. A perfect place to see Stockholm city from above while exploring seasonal ingredients prepared in the Milanese way, Italian wines and handcrafted drinks.

The Equipment

Perfecta's Delivery

For this project, we have delivered several kitchens in the building, including cooking lines from Berto´s, fryers from FriFri, and heated cabinets from Gastroteknik. Refrigeration furniture and counters in the bars, as well as the custom black-painted tall wine coolers from Haglund Industri. Since the location is on the 18th floor and several of the products were very bulky, a crane was needed to get large parts of the equipment in.

Can a wine cooler be built into a bar counter or custom joinery?

Yes, many models are designed for built-in installation with front ventilation. We also offer custom solutions with stainless-steel fronts or custom finishes.
