Café adjacent to Mitt Gym  

Cozy cafés with healthy breakfast sandwiches, hearty lunch salads, vitamin-packed smoothies, coffee, or homemade pastries, bars, and raw balls. On-site or perhaps try via catering for the company. Perfect to refuel with energy in conjunction with training at Mitt Gym, which is located right next door and offers everything from group fitness classes to boxing and yoga, with opening hours from 05:00 to 23:00 all year round.

The Equipment

Perfecta's Delivery

Here we have delivered custom-sized refrigeration displays and refrigeration counters from Strandsten both in the café and inside the prep kitchen. An oven with its own hood from Unox and an undercounter dishwasher WD4 with ECOflow condensation unit from Wexiödisk. Additionally, several small machines are used here, such as a blender from Vitamix, a contact grill from Spidocook, and a juice extractor from Robot Coupe, among others.
