Boutique Hotel & SPA in Karlstad
In 1924, CGC was founded, a fashion department store that became a gathering place for Karlstad's residents. 100 years later, the city can now boast a fantastic new boutique hotel in the old premises on Drottninggatan. In the hotel there are as many as three bars and three restaurants; Vicino with an Italian theme, Isola which mixes the best of the Mediterranean, France and Spain with a Värmland twist and Fratelli Bar & Deli, a central meeting place with outdoor seating and a menu that has something for everyone, from oysters, charcuterie, cheese and bread, to pizza, salad or seafood platter.
In the basement is the Allegria SPA & retreat which has both hot and cold baths, a Finnish sauna and a Stonebath steam room, a concept normally found in the Alps. Food and drinks are also served in the pool area. The hotel just won Strawberry's annual "Best New Hotel" title which Team Perfecta totally agrees with, a five star experience and amazing staff.

Here, we were selected to deliver high-quality equipment to two preparation kitchens and two dishwashing rooms, as well as all three service kitchens to the various restaurants in the building, which have cooking lines from Palux and stainless steel as well as refrigerated counters from Kema Storkök. Custom cooling benches with carpentry fronts in the dining room as well as a custom lacquered wine cooler and cooled deli counter from Kema. The large round pizza oven in the Deli from Forni Valoriani. Dishwashers from Wexiödisk and Granuldisk, ovens and combi tables from Rational.
