A snacky kitchen bar around the corner from Human
Last year, the back-pocket venue Bar Human opened around the corner from Human—a bistro and gastro bar where guests can freely choose from snacks and a variety of small dishes, with a focus on local, seasonal ingredients and creative flavor experiences. Just like at Restaurant Human, the food is prepared in front of the guests in the open kitchen, and seats at the chef’s counter are always available for drop-in, along with a private chambre séparée accommodating up to 13 people. Behind Bar Human is Martin Moses, who won Årets Kock in 2019 and opened his own restaurant, Human, on Risåsgatan in Gothenburg, just around the corner.

Perfecta´s delivery
For Bar Human, we were once again entrusted with delivering equipment, refrigeration units, and stainless steel furnishings for the kitchen. In the small back kitchen, a Fribergs range was installed, along with a countertop fryer from FriFri, a combi oven from Rational, and a WD6 hood-type dishwasher from Wexiödisk. Refrigerated counters are from Coolpart, and the bar refrigeration counter is from Haglund Industri. In the kitchen bar, you will also find a countertop heat lamp from Stayhot and an ice machine from Hoshizaki.
