ISS chefs elevate the lunch experience
At a private office in Stockholm, ISS operates a restaurant that provides employees and their guests with a first-class dining experience every day. ISS Måltid is part of ISS Facility Services and is responsible for food service operations in schools, healthcare facilities, care services, and workplaces across Sweden.
The business is focused on creating sustainable and nutritious meals of the highest quality, where great taste, safe food handling, and climate-conscious choices are at the heart of everything they do.

Palux cooking range, delivered into the kitchen by crane
When it was time to renovate this highly regarded kitchen, a substantial Palux Maitre cooking suite was delivered in one piece and had to be craned in through a window. The suite was fully equipped with a refrigerated chef’s counter, induction cooktop, plancha, and integrated boiling pan.
The project also included refrigerated counters, heated cabinets, and stainless-steel solutions from Kema Storkök, combi ovens from Rational, and pass-through heat lamps from Stayhot. Glass-door refrigerators were supplied by Haglund Industri, while the meat ageing cabinet came from Meatico.
In the dishwashing area, the existing WD7 hood-type dishwasher and Winterhalter UC-M undercounter glasswasher were retained and reused. At the stainless-steel coffee station, a new ice machine from NTF was installed alongside the existing coffee machines.
