About the Project

Classic Pub and New Deli Next to Bysis Square

Kloster Pub on Hornsgatan has long been a classic, but in 2022 it was time for change when the owners acquired the adjacent premises. Here, a cozy deli was built with an accompanying café and wine bar. At the same time, they took the opportunity to renovate the kitchen and build a brand new bar one floor down in Kloster Pub.

The Equipment

Perfecta's Delivery

Here we assisted with the entire project where we also brought in architect Fredrik Sillrén, who designed the entire project and developed proposals for furnishings and materials.

Custom refrigerated display case with a glazed back and sides facing Hornsgatan for cold cuts, delicacies, and pastry displays in the retail section, and a wine cooler and wine bar, all from Haglund Industri. The wine bar is upstairs and the beer bar is downstairs in the restaurant area, featuring stainless steel and refrigeration units from Kema Storkök. The cooking line in the kitchen is from Berto's.

We also supplied woodwork, bar bases, and top mouldings for the entire project together with Lidingö Designbygg. Additionally, the large ceiling-mounted glass hanger in brass above the main bar.

Thank you Peter and Perfecta for the fantastic collaboration, without you this project would not have happened!
