A unique meeting place by Lake Mälaren
Hackholmssund Conference is an exclusive conference and meeting venue beautifully situated on a scenic peninsula by Lake Mälaren, just 40 minutes from Stockholm and Arlanda. Here, seclusion and accessibility come together in an inspiring environment that fosters focus, creativity, and togetherness. The venue offers flexible meeting facilities across several buildings and rooms, accommodating both smaller groups and larger gatherings. Accommodation consists of comfortable single rooms with a total of around 95 beds, all designed to provide guests with a sense of peace and comfort. At Hackholmssund, guests can also enjoy a wide range of leisure activities - including an indoor pool, sauna, gym, lakeside sauna, tennis, and beautiful walking trails along Mälaren. With a sustainable mindset, locally produced food, and personalized service, Hackholmssund creates a complete experience where both body and mind can truly relax and thrive.

Perfecta´s delivery
A new, beautifully designed open kitchen was built here, featuring a solid cooking line with induction and a plancha from Marrone, ovens from Rational, and refrigeration units from Haglund Industri. Heat lamps from Stayhot were installed in the pass, complemented by a titanium-reinforced countertop. The kitchen also includes a blast chiller from Gemm and a warming cabinet from Gastroteknik. In the dining room, a custom wine cooler and refrigerated counters were installed, clad in fine carpentry, together with an espresso machine and grinder. The long bar was fitted with refrigerated counters and stainless steel furnishings from Novameta, as well as glass dishwashers from Winterhalter. A truly beautiful project. We also delivered the previous kitchen in another building here several years ago.
