The best from Italy at Elite Palace
On the left side from the main entrance at Elite Palace Hotel S:t Eriksgatan, you can now enjoy genuine Italian flavors with fine ingredients at Restaurant Panza, where lunch, dinner and aperitivo are served in a cozy and inviting environment. Here you also find the Palace Playground with childcare in a creative environment next to the restaurant if parents want to have a little while to themselves. Elite Hotels consists of around forty hotels in unique buildings with their own history all over Sweden.

Perfecta's delivery
Here some of the existing equipment from the previous kitchen was re-installed, including the ovens from Rational, fryers from FriFri and the deck oven from Sveba Dahlen - to be able to bake really good and crispy Italian pizza. New additions were made to the cooking line from Berto's, refrigeration furniture and stainless steel in the kitchen and bar from Costilla, including a pizza cooler with a marble top and bar cooler for carpentry in the dining room, dishwashers from Winterhalter and Wexiödisk, ice machine from Hoshizaki and heated lamps from Stayhot.
