Littte Italy by Pontus Frithiof på Arlanda Terminal 5

about the project

Italiy with a New York twist at Terminal 5

Little Italy by Pontus Frithiof is a modern restaurant located at Marknadsplatsen in Terminal 5 at Arlanda Airport. Here, Italian flavors meet New York-inspired casual dining in a relaxed setting. The menu spans from early breakfast to late dinner, offering hearty sandwiches, classic pizzas, pasta, and burgers. Signature dishes include ravioli “Osso Buco style,” porchetta burgers, and the Italian sandwich “schiacciata.” All food is prepared on-site by experienced chefs with the aim of being served within 5–7 minutes. The concept is a collaboration between renowned chef Pontus Frithiof and Nordrest, and marks their second joint venture at Arlanda following La Girafe.

Perfecta's delivery

At Little Italy, we equipped the entire kitchen and bar with appliances and furnishings. Refrigerated display cases, all prep counters, as well as refrigerators and freezers in both the kitchen and bar, are from Haglund Industri. The cooking line in the kitchen is from Berto's, the oven from Rational, salamander from Palux, and the high-speed oven from XpressChef. Custom stainless steel installations were fitted in the kitchen, bar, and dishwashing area, which includes a WD7 hood-type dishwasher with heavy-duty wash function from Wexiödisk. The espresso machine is an EX3 from Crem. Heat lamps are supplied by Stayhot.
