A star from Guide Michelin for quality and a green star for sustainability.
In Åkulla beech forests in Halland lies Ästad Vineyard, where they grow their own organic grapes for wine production on the estate. Here, you will find a fantastic hotel and conference facility with a SPA area, Restaurant Logen and Restaurant ÄNG, which has been built in a huge glass greenhouse right in the meadow. At ÄNG, a Scandinavian tasting menu is served, utilising local ingredients and flavours, along with drink packages that often include selections from the estate's non-alcoholic options and wine.

The Equipment
Perfecta's Delivery
The restaurant is built over two levels, with custom open kitchens delivered from Marrone, finished in a matte grey-white shade. All beverage display counters have been supplied by Haglund Industri, which have been painted or clad in woodwork, along with maturation fridges, fermentation cabinets for the bakery, as well as coolers and freezers. Ovens from Rational in the prep area and smaller ovens from Convotherm in the service kitchens, as well as a custom-designed charcoal grill in the open part of the lower kitchen. In the dishwashing area, there are dishwashers from Winterhalter.
In this project, we were able to come in early during the planning stages and provide feedback and creative suggestions to create the very best conditions for the concept, with well-thought-out features and workflows.
Team Perfecta was here for a conference in the autumn of 2022 and can guarantee a 5-star experience for both food and accommodation.
