Bronze at Bocuse d’Or forTeam Sweden
Proud partner for Sweden's participation in the World Championship in gastronomy


3rd place in World championship - Lyon 2025
Congratulations to Team Sweden on winning the bronze medal at Bocuse d'Or - the world championship cooking competition, held every two years, with 24 competing countries progressing from various qualifying competitions to the final in Lyon.
Bocuse d'Or Team Sweden consisted of competition candidate Gustav Leonhardt who among other things won "Chef of the Year" 2021, Commis Noel Moglia who became "Commis of the Year" during the Bocuse European Championship in Trondheim, coach Peter Asp Jelksäter who was a member of the Swedish Chef National Team and president Tommy Myllymäki who also won "Chef of the Year" and has been awarded two stars by Guide Michelin for his restaurant Aira on Djurgården.
Perfecta is also this year a proud partner of Team Sweden and attended in Lyon January 26-27 to join in cheering for Gustav and the gang! Go Sweden!
