Skybar and SPA at Södertälje’s newest gem
In the center of Södertälje, The Dock Hotel has opened in a newly built 14-storey building by the canal. The hotel offers 183 rooms, six conference rooms, a cinema, and two restaurants. At Jackie’s, located on the ground floor, breakfast, daily lunch, and dinner are served, featuring bistro-style dishes with big-city influences. At the top of the building is Birds Eye Skybar, which opens in the afternoon and offers drinks, sharing plates, and pizza - paired with stunning views. In June, the hotel will also premiere its two-storey spa, spanning 1,400 square metres, featuring indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, and ample space for relaxation. The Dock Hotel is part of Winn Hotel Group, a Swedish hotel operator that develops and operates hotels with a focus on strong destinations, clear concepts, and high guest experiences - designed to create positive feelings that guests can take home with them.

Equipment for three bars and two kitchens
At street level, we supplied equipment for the kitchen, dishwashing area, two bars, and a coffee station in the reception. In the sky bar, we delivered equipment for the bar, the open kitchen with pizza oven, coffee station, and dishwashing area. The refrigerated counters—some lacquered, some with glass-fronted drawers - along with a pizza prep fridge and three different wine fridge designs, were all supplied by Kema Storkök, who also manufactured the stainless-steel workbenches for the kitchens and bars. Under-counter freezers were supplied by Tefcold. La Pavoni espresso machines from Smeg and a pizza oven from Eld & Lågor were installed. The kitchens feature cooking lines from Berto’s, ovens and iVario multifunctional cooking stations from Rational, an induction cooktop from Fribergs, deep fryers from FriFri, and salamanders from Palux. Trattoria heat lamps from Stayhot, ice machines from NTF and Hoshizaki, and shelving systems in cold rooms, freezer rooms, and storage areas from Hupfer were also delivered. In the dishwashing areas, tunnel dishwashers and pass-through dishwashers from Wexiödisk were installed. Stylish and durable pre-rinse spray units and faucets were supplied by Echtermann. For this project, we also delivered professional washing machines from Miele for the laundry rooms, as well as locker units for the staff changing rooms.
